CANCELLATIONS
Guest will be granted a 10 minutes grace period for tardiness. If you do not contact us or show after the 10 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
Guest will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows.
PAYMENTS
A 50% deposit is required for every scheduled appointment at Kad Skin Kare. Deposits are non-refundable and when received, it will go towards the total cost of service(s) rendered. If your service is canceled within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be credited toward your rescheduled visit.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our services, there are no refunds. Deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.
